We rely on pull strategies to attract great people, and we have made the conscious decision not to push ourselves onto our connections or other people within the geotechnical industry.
Ground spends time getting to know our clients so we can present our candidates with as much information as possible.
We have standing agreements with our clients that when we are approached by a great candidate, we initiate a discrete discussion (with their approval).
